How do you make SALMON?

I usually keep mine simple. If it's a skin on piece I will add Salt and Pepper, place skin side down in a cold pan then cook over medium heat. Starting in a cold pan helps making the skin crispy.
I do also enjoy baked salmon, I will usually brush it with a good mustard or with a maple, ginger and soy glaze.0 -

Kidding. I haven't made salmon before beyond just microwaving fillets, but if I ever need ideas on cooking, I just search Pinterest. You just have to weed through the posts by perfect people who make complicated things look easy.
