    Everything is fine and orderly in the day but I just lose control after dinner. I actually buy snacks and place them in my bedroom, meaning they are not for share. No kidding. I'm trying to stop this habit.

    I am paying for a 2-year gym contract and has diligently workout at least 3-4 days per week. Guess this is the reason why I haven't bloat myself yet.
