There are so many I can't even list them all... I watch (sounds creepy but I promise I'm only lurking the threads) all the ladies that have been listed... some I'm friends with, most I'm not (mostly because I don't feel like I have the "cred" yet to be their friends)... and y'all just inspire me and motivated to keep on trying... even when I want to quit and give up and use my time doing something else.
Keep on keepin' on ladies... without even knowing it you are motiving all (or at least some) the rest of us lazy butts. :flowerforyou:

Also, I have no shame and very little fear aside form spiders... so that could be why...
either way, go for it. The worst that will happen is they'll say no.

While everyone on my FL is wonderful, ILiftHeavyAcrylics has been an amazing inspiration to me. She has been really challenged, but she has overcome and she convinced me, once and for all, that women do not get "bulkay"

I'm inspired by all that are fighting the fight to better themselves and their lives and working towards their goals.
I'm awed by those that have overcome adversity to do so. You're all rock stars in my book.
I'm only speaking for myself - But if it wasn't for this site and the friends that helped me through the first year I wouldn't have come the distance I have. I don't have abs and you wont see a pic in my profile with a bikini on -- This site has however given me the confidence and strength to look at myself in a different perspective, therefore have taken photos professionally that I would have never done when I weighed almost 300 pounds, which includes a pin up inspired swimsuit. But I feel there is nothing dirty, distasteful or wrong about showing your new found confidence.
I personally think all the men, woman, friends and people I have never met that have put themselves out there and worked their butts off to become what they imagine for themselves, are truly a role models in my eyes and I look up to them and wouldn't have come as far as I did with out them.0 -

Thank you to anyone who mentioned my name. I have met some very strong women on MFP. Some of you don't even know how strong you are, others kicks down doors wearing four inch heels and dragging toddlers.
I am constantly inspired by the dedicated career women rushing out of work and hitting the gym. Stay at home moms who bench between diapers and meals, and I am amazed but the ones who I see wake up to their workouts being posted at 4am. A lot of my friends are students and they still bring it despite their workloads. I even have some silver foxy mamas who bring it at 50. These ladies make me wanna dead-lift everyday!!!!!
You are all gorgeous and You share with me, and encourage me daily!!!
Every once in a while we go crazy and show some skin, that is ok... We work hard for it and always wearing clothes makes our barbells sad. You are not afraid to *kitten* cry, vent in anyway you chose.
Also I would like to thank technology for brining these ladies and their bewbs to me daily.

my list is comprised of a few women, women I have gotten to know closely and well.
Women that (like my men friends) juggle many things constantly.
Sidelined by life, and always fighting the good fight, always getting back at it, always aching to become a better whole of themselves...
I admire them, some are picking up iron for the first time, some are getting back into it, some are focusing on their cardio...but all of them routinely inspire me to kick *kitten*

- push hard through their workouts
- work hard at changing and improving their eating habits
- strive to make life better for themselves
- are fighting hard to overcome life's challenges
- keep getting up every time life or individuals push them to the ground
- that on top of making themselves better, continue to motivate others to keep pushing and not give up
So that means ALL the mfp women on here!
You are truly all role models. You are all inspirational in your own way and should all be giving yourselves a pat on the back, a smile in the mirror, a big flex, and a really loud "hell yeah, I am awesome and I will continue to be amazing!"
