Your future is determined by what you do today, not tomorrow.

Think training's hard? Try losing (bit of tough love, lol)

I have many but a couple that come to mind are "Winners never quit and quitters never win" and "Pain is just weakness leaving the body"

How about, "What one man can do, another can do!"

Amazing movie, and oddly enough the first time I had grilled ribs...

    I totally love this one!!
" I am in competition with no one. I run my own race. I have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone, in any way, shape, or form. I just aim to improve, to be better than I was before. That's me and I'm free."

well i have like 8 at my desk.

THE SECRET TO SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT LOSS IS SIMPLE. SELF LOVE.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRY AND TRIUMPH IS JUST A LITTLE UMPH.

INSTEAD OF GIVING MYSELF REASONS WHY I CANT, I GIVE MYSELF REASONS WHY I CAN.

WHAT YOU EAT IN PRIVATE, YOU WEAR IN PUBLIC.

A YEAR FROM NOW YOU WILL WISH YOU STARTED TODAY.

YOU MUST DO THE THINGS YOU THINK YOU CAN NOT DO.

YOU MUST BEGIN TO THINK OF YOURSELF AS BECOMING THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BE.

    AND

ONCE YOU SEE RESULTS IT BECOMES AN ADDICTION.

I READ THESE ALL VERY OFTEN.

"Don't call it motivation, call it DETERMINATION" you are determined to drop the weight and increase your muscles, that way you aren't looking for outside stimulus/excuses.

Also my yoga instruction always says "there is no judgement here" and that sticks with me constantly. Stop judging yourself because you can't deadlift 250lbs, you'll get there with determination. Stop judging yourself because you can't touch your feet yet, it will happen with consistant practice. Remind yourself you are beautiful and you are on the right path to success :flowerforyou:

"Someday is made up of a thousand tiny nows" ...a reminder that a big goal is made up of lots of little choices and actions.

“She stood in the storm and when the wind didn’t blow her way, she adjusted her sails.”...if you are unhappy, or something isn't working, don't stagnate in misery. Change things!

Sometimes I feel the need to chant something to push myself. When I want to quit I just repeat:

Pain is temporary, pride is forever!!

I chant too...:blushing: I constantly say "come on baby girl, you can do this...it's your mind giving up, not your body"
