    I think my goal will be to eat 1300-1500 calories, drink 8 glasses of water and not eat after 7 pm. Posting in both threads, lol.

    I am in, want to lose just over 2 stone so 30lbs fits in well, I will also be sticking to 1200 a day and aim to work out 45 min 3 times a week, maybe more if I can
    I heard who ever aimed to workout 3 times a week usually end up doing more! Great plan!

    I am down for a 90 day challenge. I kind of started mine on Feb 5th and my goal weight loss is around 30 pounds by May 5th. I basically aim for 1200 net calories per day and would like to get up to 3 days of exercise per week. As of right now I am trying to focus on nutrition, eating clean and figuring out what to eat.     Sounds fun. I'll try to join in although my motives are slightly different and are probably frowned upon. I am anorexic...
    My current weight is somewhere around 135lbs.
    My goal weight is 105 lbs or less.
    I am 5'10" and 16 years old.

    Having a hard time losing now that I'm lower than where I started, not willing to starve and very short on time, but I am joining a women can run group March 3 - after the ice is gone and it's safer to run/ walk again. Graduation is mid-May and 5K is end of May!

    Goals - keep logging daily - keep calorie goal at 1400, but improve what I'm eating - increase protein, decrease crap.
    Try for 20-30 minutes of exercise per day most days - sometimes it will not happen, but I will try.
    Increase fluids back to 10 glasses per day of water/ unsweetened herbal tea. Hard to do on clnic days, because I can't go potty, but I will try :) I hear a try theme here...

    90 DAYS!
    Calories: 1200-1300 a day, ofcourse more or less depending on the calories burned! Really want to do this! Aiming for 30 mins elliptical, along with weight training to burn fat! Please let this happen :)
    My BMI needs to get out of the over weight range, gotta be normal :)!

    It will happen! Hand to hand we will melt down those extra lbs then you can train us girl :D
