    My goal is to eat 1200, drink - 10 glasses of water and not eat after 7 pm.

    Your body is going to go into starvation mode if you try to eat 1200 calories a day. For your weight, you need more than that.

    I just joined and need to add a picture but I'm trying to get my family healthy right now. I am very heavy and starting with the mfp goal of 1863 calories + eating some (most?) of my exercise calories. I have a daughter with some health challenges and her being overweight is making them worse. And if I don't do it, she never will, either.

    Count me in! I have about 50lbs to lose over all and I know I can do 30 in the next 90 days! I'm keeping a cal count of 1,200 and leaning towards primal/paleo eatting habits. :drinker:

  • Well, my goal is really only to lose 30-35 lbs and I'm already about halfway there in 40 days. I don't know if I can lose the rest in the remaining 50, but I will certainly try!

    Im 26 and it is my goal to lose 45lbs over all.
    Im 5'2, and weigh 184

    I used to weigh over 250 but through the course of 2 years ive been slowly losing the weight. I think together we can reach our goals!

    I'm starting P90X on Tuesday, just got my Fitbit today, and am sooo ready for this!!
  • I'm starting P90X Lean this week! I have tried in the past but after 2-3 weeks never stuck with it. Just make sure you set aside at least an hour a day since most of the videos are around that long. Good luck!
