My current goal is 1850 using TDEE approach. I am still learning what works best for me, so I may tweak it as I find the 'sweet' spot I like.
ETA: ALways open for friend's requests.0 -
My goal is 1620 calories, but on most days I consume around 2000.
If I'm hungry, I eat... and if I like what I see, I eat too ;-)
I could have reached my goal weight long ago if I had changed my way of eating. I prefer though to maintain on a higher weight and be happy.
I'm not the great motivator, but if you need to see somebody who logs in everyday and exercises regularly, feel free to add me.0 -
I cut my weight loss to 1.5lbs and it upped my calories to about 2000 (from 1750) I feel better, not so starving at night. I will see how it goes and adjust as need0

so just a little update. I've lost 1.2 lbs since my last post after having upped my calories and tried to put in more exercise.
Not a massive drop but I am happy. (and I should add I had fast food last night with my family) :noway:0 -
I eat around 1700+ a day. Sent you a request!0

Meee.
I started with 1400. Hit that for about 2 weeks (on average), and then binged for 3 days and lost what little progress I had made. I'm now on 1800ish based on my TDEE calculation.0 -
Im close to 3k a day.
I get there by exercise.
Typically I try to stay a few hundred calories short to keep the weight down.0 -
at least 2350 a day for me!!0

I eat 1710 daily to lose 1 lb a week. I've found that I am not starving to death. When I exercise, I do not eat my calories burned, I just forget about it. Regular exercise is not an appetite stimulant for me, so I see no reason to eat it back. Although I'd love to see 2-3 lbs lost a week till I reach my goal, I know myself well enough that I would not sustain this healthier eating plan. I'm trying to create a plan I can use for a lifetime.0
