06mommy87 - I gave up all processed sugar. So, no sugar, corn syrup, corn starch etc. I ate a lot of vegetables a very little fruit (sugar, albeit natural). I also steered clear of fruit juice - some of them have as much sugar as soda!
The closest thing I had to sugar was dairy - no milk, but I did have a serving of non-fat greek yoghurt with splenda to sweeten almost daily. I also used the yoghurt for desserts when I was craving sweets. It's a good alternative!0 -
