    Congratulations on turning your life around. You have a full life ahead of you now. That is an amazing story. You are the first person I have seen who has lost more than me. I lost 369# in 17 months. My doctor has advised me to stop and let my body catch up a little. I might lose another 20#. Doesn't it feel good not worrying about where to sit and being comfortable in any chair or seat you choose? How about getting in and out of the car? Don't ever lose that feeling. I have been fighting this problem most of my adult life and I am determined not to go backwards any more. Please take a look at my profile for my story.
