20 lbs heavier than I am now. Bodyfat will increase maybe 1-2%. Easy to lean out during June and July to 6-7% BF.0

I have officially STOPPED weighing myself.lol. my waist now is a 50 I would like to see it at least a 45. better than nothing.oh and my thighs. down also about 5 inces0

I go on vacation in May so I'd like to at least drop another 10 pounds by then and tighten and tone up so I jiggle less.0
