    Day 16 of 90

Look within yourself for confidence to face the day
Inner peace is a wealth gained in a selfish way
By taking that strength and spreading that strength
Sharing confidence with others to face the day

You're doing great! It took me a long time to finally start logging on a regular basis. I joined in 2012 & did like 5 days here & there for two years before it finally stuck - so don't give up! Today was my 65th day of logging & I've lost 15 lbs so far! Keep it up & you will be rewarded for your efforts! :D

My problem with logging my food is that if I eat at a restaurant I don't know how to log my meal because lets say I have a burger, well there's so many different burgers on MFP but I don't know which one to choose. I wish everything had a barcode, it would be so much easier haha. jsalzat, how many days in a row do you have now?!!!

Yeah, it does take some time and careful evaluation to log accurately without the help of barcodes; I haven't been able to use the app on my phone because it freezes up, so I end up having to log everything manually, *sigh* oh well :ohwell:

Well today is day 19 of 90... Yay!!! It seemed so hard to do this in the beginning, but it is getting easier

Fear is nothing more than an obstacle that stands in the way of progress. In overcoming our fears, we can move forward, stronger and wiser within ourselves.

    Thanks!!!

Ok 20 of 90 and the task is beginning to feel a little less daunting:

Not too long ago in a place not far from here,
A middle-aged woman was consumed with doubt and fear,
She’d try to change her attitude and pull herself together,
She made tons of resolutions to shape up and eat better,
But no matter how hard she tried she’d always fall apart,
Every time she faced the mirror or the scale it’d break her heart,
But instead of giving into her dark despair she took a leap,
She decided to log onto MFP daily for over a week,
And wow a shift occurred and she began to make lots of friends,
And this is where the story of the middle-aged woman begins…

I sure hope you aren't referring to yourself! We are not middle aged yet
