    I've been too busy for making the rounds
    at work and play still losing more pounds
    As is my custom I stop here and read
    while posting my numbers and looking for needs
    of those who are struggling with all of their goals
    and shaking my head at so many trolls
    So now I must go for work is appealing
    and leave here promptly without hurt feelings
