    Monday: 60 minutes - spin class + 10 min squats = 70 min
    Tuesday: 30 minutes - hill walk + 10 min squats + 10 min arms = 50 min
    Wednesday: 60 minutes - spin class + 10 min squats = 70 min total
    Thursday: 60 minutes - "body works + abs" class at the gym
