I had a big lunch of strawberries and homemade salsa w/chips, so...

Main Course: Leftover chicken (1/2 chicken) that was baked in a zesti Italian Marinade, and a pepper dry rub
    (Edit: Cooked W/O the skin)

Side: Package of Knorr's Broccoli and Cheese rice.

I'm over on sugar, so no BBQ sauce. It's moist enough anyways.

Another night of the Brown Crowder peas. {The good thing about cooking big pots of peas is they last a long time. The bad thing about cooking big pots of peas is they last a long time} Mixed veggies, green beans and a turkey, honey ham sandwich with Pepper Jack, red bell pepper, red chili pepper, tomato, onion and lettuce. Then later had half a serving of Greek peachy vanilla low sugar frozen dessert with plain Greek yogurt and vanilla ice cream. I've grown to like plain yogurt and ice cream together. The yogurt makes the ice cream taste really really sweet.

Asian style salmon (soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, lite maple syrup), white rice, roasted asparagus. Would have been better with spinach but didn't have any on hand. Salmon came out SUPER GOOD!

Went out tonight...and got Perogie Poutine with duck gravy.

    Heaven on a plate.

Eta: I re-sized it but it doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

    Hey, I have those dishes...

I kind of went crazy with the whole apple dish thing. I have this set, plus 2 sets with larger apples cut in half. One with green apples and one with red. I have bought a nice floral set to use at my work and will change over to it when I can find enough coffee cups and bowls to round out the set.

Most likely will be fast. Not sit in this time. I'm secretly hoping Arby's. I'm sick of McDonald's. Burger King is too expensive(according to my mom), and there's not even a Sonic around so that won't work. I don't want Windy's, and I'm not sure if I want Taco Bell. I'm half tempted to have her stop just for me at $1.50 A Scoop & Up. Chinese would be great. Their noodles are bomb and so are their chicken on a stick. Yum. I dunno. See what she says/agrees to. Usually she wants to get food at the same place so we're not running all over the place.

Oh no. I smell the neighbour's food. Smells either like pizza or Chinese. Or pasta...Italian food is good, but that's sit-down food, and we don't have that kinda time(we're going to the park for a movie, so that's why we're tight on time).

I had butter chicken with lots of carrots, yellow pepper, and broccoli mixed in served with brown rice. I followed it with a cup of vanilla soy milk. Mmm. Butter chicken.

100 Calorie rye sandwich thins. I eat a healthy sandwich with one of these at lest 4-5 days each week.

    2014-06-10%2019.27.34.jpg

These are made with my regular rye bread recipe, and I simply portion 1.5oz of dough then roll out about 4-5". Let rise for 45 minutes then bake for 13-15 minutes.

    Nice looking pie.

To post a photo you copy the image URL from the host site. Then put img between these 2 brackets [ ]. Paste the saved URL, followed by /img between these 2 brackets [ ]. It is clunky to start with, but after a while it's 2nd nature.
