Dinner last night had to be an easy prep one for me. Long day looking at prospective properties to invest in. Got home and just was NOT in the mood to cook something drawn out. Sweet garlic lemon pepper chicken with rustic potatoes , red bell peppers & snap peas. Needed a Starbucks frappuccino to anchor my meal.

Most likely leftovers from last night. I am sure there is at least a serving and a half of it. Hell, I am still smelling like onions from last night!

Last night was roasted chicken, collard greens sauteed in olive oil and garlic and served with beet relish, and fresh corn with butter.

Last night was spice rubbed pork tenderloin with cajun rice and roasted carrots. Husband was in charge of taking the pork out of the oven and letting it rest. Big mistake. He likes his pork well done.

My supper plans got thrown out the window when I got called into work before I had ate breakfast this morning. I had to dig around in the freezer, but I found this bean and veggie soup.

I rounded it out with a ham, turkey and pepper Jack sandwich, stir-fry veggies, green beans and a carrot.

I had homemade soft tacos for dinner last night. Did not take pics. I did take pics of the muffins we'd made ready for our friends daughters gymnastics meet this weekend. We're all leaving pretty early to get there ~ so need to have something easy to eat enroute. lol. For some reason, I needed a protein jolt around 2ish yesterday afternoon ~ so I made pan fried pork chops ~ quick snack and it hit the spot perfectly.

Muffin white batter ~ this was when we were intent on it becoming blueberry muffins.

This is when we discovered we'd prefer to just eat blueberries straight >> Added chocolate

I waited for my customers to offer me a plate for as long as I could stand it. Then I had a turkey/turkey sausage burger, green beans, some of Margie's Summer {corn} Salad, stir-fry veggies and corn.

As soon as I had ate my burger, one of the ladies brought me a plate with pork loin, roast chicken and a salad. I ate the salad, and tasted the chicken and pork. It will be just as good tomorrow when I'm not as full.

We ate at Sister's house tonight. Mamma and some of the Tampa cousins were there as well. It was a pulled pork sandwich, tomato basil couscous, baked beans and slaw.

You will have to use a photo hosting site, like photo bucket or face book. Once you have your picture uploaded to the site, click on it to bring it to full size. Then right click and save image url. Come to the MFP thread and type img between these two [ ] brackets, and paste the saved url, followed by /img between the same two [ ] brackets. Everything small case, with no spaces in between and don't forget the back slash.

It's clunky to start with, but once you are used to it, it's 2nd nature.
