I ate the rest of the salad I had yesterday for dinner tonight. Had another filling lunch today, so wasn't real hungry tonight. Lunch was potato-kale-carrot-italian sausage soup and a roast beef sandwich.

Baked potato with cheddar, chives, and sour cream. Didn't feel like cooking since that's all I'll be doing tomorrow.....

No pic, but more of what I had to add:

Raspberry glass candy w/ powder sugar, popcorn, a cookie, some bisketti noodles, pumpkin pie filling, and beef and bean enchiladas with the rest of my(now stale) Diet Pepsi 1litre.

Hungry again right now so am having a whole can(yup because one I can and two because the whole can fits literally in my bowl) of Progresso Chicken and Herb Dumplings soup.

I know I'm not the only one who likes food porn, so I'll share some of mine if you will share some of yours. I made a salad out of a bag, adding pork tenderloin, tomato, onion and green beans. I did forget to add the olives, but it was still good.

Looks like a great salad but I think I would be hungry 5 minutes later I need a main course :)

Back in March I was still losing. I've been at my goal weight since about June, so my suppers are much more calorie dense these days. Sometimes too much so.

My Dad and I went to a restaurant called Seasons 52 for our Thanksgiving meal today. It was our first time there, and it was really nice.

We started with some rosemary rolls with pumpkin butter. I'm not usually fond of the flavored butters, but that stuff was soooo good!

The meal was really yummy. I made it through half the plate before I cried mercy and had them box up the rest. Turkey (white and dark meat), mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh green beans, sweet potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce.

Their desserts were deconstructed variations on standard desserts. They brought us a plate of about 15 different deconstructed desserts to choose from. I had the deconstructed cannoli and Dad had the deconstructed pumpkin pie. They were both good, but we decided we prefer a little construction in our desserts. ;)

I hope you all have had a lovely Thanksgiving!

Supper tonight was the last of last year's peas, and a ham, chicken and bacon sandwich with Pepper Jack, tomato, pickle and onion. Very good. We are doing the big meal tomorrow so BIL could spend the day with his kids and grandkids today. I cooked a big pot of the peas so they will be on the menu again tomorrow. And Margie has been in the kitchen all day to get a head start on tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

    Leftovers from this afternoon's dinner:

Turkey(white meat), green bean casserole(both spicy and non spicy), baby carrots with whipped cream to dip in, gravy, two dinner rolls and a glass of iced tea to drink.

I did take a pic, but I don't have much time to put it up. I might be able to post it later(if I am awake later).

Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey breast, mashed taters/gravy, green bean casserole from scratch (no canned soup), candied Yams, Sage and Sausage stuffing, and cranberry sauce.

Not pictured.. pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

...and can't move. So freaking full.

Roasted whole chicken (instead of turkey), butter mini potatoes, walnut grape goat cheese endive salad and a mini pumpkin pie with coconut whipped cream. I didn't stuff myself surprisingly. No food coma either and I'm actually glad!

We had our Thanksgiving supper tonight. The high lights were Dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce, turkey, ham, peas, green bean casserole, spinach fruit salad and turnip greens. Everything was too good.

Key lime pie, lemon meringue pie, cranberry salad, pineapple casserole, pecan pie bar and sweet potato pie. All very good. I haven't done the numbers yet, so I don't know how bad I did. But I started the day three pounds below my goal weight.

    ^^ Larro, yum!

Tonight I scrambled 2 eggs with chopped turkey, a mini portobello mushroom, and roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, carrots and little red potatoes); cherry tomatoes; fruit salad (pineapple, cherries, raspberries, banana, pecans, coconut, yogurt).

Supper was leftovers from last night. Green bean casserole, smoked ham, turkey, turnip greens, spinach fruit salad, dressing and gravy, and a tomato, cucumber and onion salad. If possible, it was even better tonight.

    (No pic)

Yesterday's supper was fast food(because again me and a friend were going trainwatching):

Ate at Hardee's and had 2.5 pieces of the chicken tenders that came with a drink and fries. The drink and fries were medium size and the drink was the blue Powerade.
