    here are 5 off the top of my head...

    - use the word "detox" non-ironically
    - start an "OMG everyone here is so mean and rude" thread
    - post a cauliflower-replacement recipe non-ironically
    - cite The China Study as scientific proof
    - claim that Ben & Jerry's is better ice cream than Blue Bell.

    Uh-huh, haven't we all seen those stupid "Avoid these 3 foods to lose weight" ads with a nasty brown banana and an unflatteringly portrayed belly in them? :laugh: I feel sorry for people who actually believe that!!!

    And, keep insisting that you have to exercise X amount and you get to eat X amount of calories. . . leaving you with 200 net calories eaten for the day. :noway: !!!!!????? WTF???

    2) weight under 150-140lbs yet screaming they are too fat
    3) Female should not do weight
    4) EVERYDAY is the bad day
    5) A guy account but only add female friends

    Another few for me are:. . . .
    -"one pound of fat weighs more than one pound of muscle" or anything about gaining muscles while cutting/instead of losing fat I'm gaining muscle
    -I just ate and then weighed myself, why did I gain x pounds?

    Il be here a week on Wed, but why is this so bad!!!??? Im a noobie so sorry... I actually just started cooking....like at all... and have been using cauliflower a lot playing around with it, and would non ironically love new ideas.

    Not necessary for anyone to do it on a daily basis. I weigh 145 right now, but I am too fat for my height. When I have a double chin and back fat, I am too fat.

    Different body types and body comp is different. I'm 5'3" and a touch under 140 (139 in that picture) and I'm not fat (or too fat) but someone else my height and weight may feel that they are too fat.

    We're all different and special, or so I hear.
