    I don't think I'd want to consume this shake exclusively for all my meals but I like it for a meal replacement. As far as lacking in other essential vitamins and minerals that others have commented on, it's good practice to take a multivitamin while dieting because in reduced calorie diets it's easy to miss getting everything you need.

    Can you give me the total calories for just one shake? I may have missed this earlier.
