    I am so in! I am currently doing the shred, just did level two and I really like it. I am going to get those other DVDs right now! Exciting!

    I am currently at 168 as of this morning. Would love to finish October at 155.

    Bump and will determine later if I'm in. . .I should finish my first 30 day Shred on October 15, so not sure if I'm ready to take this on yet or not. But what a great idea!

    EXERCISE PROGRAM: currently walk 60 minutes, and do two twenty minute workouts, one of which is the shred. Anyone else HATE the jump rope?

    Okay. . .I'll probably wait and give it a go then. I'm loving the 30 Day Shred, but right now I'm still trying to find the time to fit that in my day. So, hopefully by November I'll be ready for a bigger challenge. I'll add you as a friend, and if you remember will you message me when the November Challenge is set up?     I think that I just need to commit to this. I tried it around February and totally fell off about day 14. I know I'm going to have a tought time fitting this in a few of the days as I'll be busy, but I will really try. If I commit now, I'm more likely to do it. So, here goes....

    NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM: eating within calorie range. I've been doing "no fast food" for Sept so I'll try to continue that as well.

    EXERCISE PROGRAM: The slimdown of course. Its been a rough month for me so I need to get back into it. The slimdown seems a great route to go.

    ETA - my goal through this is to lose 5 pounds for the month of October. I've always had good results with inches through the shred and slim down, but not so much poundage. So, that's my goal.

    Hi, I just joined and am so excited to see this! I need to run out and get the Burn the Fat, Boost the Metabolism video, but other than that, I'm set :) I love JM, but still have such a hard time staying on track.

    I just found out that we are going to Tenerife for a week at the end of October, but I have the dvds now and I've already committed to this, so I'm just going to take the dvds with me! I don't know how well I'll be able to eat, but I'll try to stay healthy and I will work out every day. By the way, are we doing measurements before the challenge? I might, even if we don't do it as a group.

    Shannon....FYI I strongly suggest you take measurements. When the scale didn't want to move for me, the tape measure always gave me positive information. Had I not done that, I would've thrown in the towel!!

    Ladies, what about Jillian's Yoga Meltdown, flexibility is always a good component to any routine and the calorie burn is there since it's power yoga. And Jillian's newest DVD is off the hook!!

    I would have joined you all but I'm in the middle of another program! Have fun and always make YOU a priority!!

    I'm excited for all of you! You will all do well!!

    I would, but I'm waay less likely to do that than doing it at night. I have little time in the morning, but can make time at night. I don't own a soft tape measure so it does take a bit of work.

    I do understand the importance of the measurements. I have done the shred a couple times and the scale didn't move. I didn't take measurements, but I could feel that I was more toned. The place that was the best and most surprising was my lower back muscles. It is amazing the transformation that you can get.

    I have the yoga meltdown and do love it. Maybe replacing one of the levels of shred with that would be ok and a similar calorie burn. Or maybe just add it on top of a workout if its just a level of shred or something. I'm interested in Jillian's new dvd as well...maybe in the future I'll get it (most likely).
