You may be consuming a ton of sodium which will pack on the water weight.
Eating more whole foods and prepping your own meals will cut sodium down a lot.
If your calorie intake is really at 2500 calories, you'll lose weight at your size.
I have my calorie intake at 2200-2400 calories for my frame and I'm losing - slowly, but still losing.0
