    Yup, still here! I am on week 6 now. I am enjoying the work-outs still. I have to say that I have more definition everywhere (ab ripper has been great at that). Now I'm really trying to clean up my diet to get maximum results. Without proper diet we might have the muscle but will not see it as well! As far as strength goes, I am not really sure. I think I am better at push-ups but I still cannot do a pull-up without a chair.
