I am going to go for 360 again this week--all cardio. I plan to up my walking in addition to my gym workouts to reach this goal. I want to lose 3 more pounds this month.
My goal this week is 360 minutes!!

Tuesday: Nothing (my Mom came at the last minute so I didn't have time to plan and workout in the morning)
Wednesday: L2 D9 30DS, 27 Minutes = 27 minutes
Thursday: L2 D10 30DS, 15 Minutes + W1 D2 C25K, 25 Minutes + 50 minute walk w/ friend = 90 minutes
Friday: Nothing
Saturday: Office where I work had some flooding so I moved old files and boxes for part of my day = 180 minutes
Sunday: Out of town - went to mall, etc - lots of walking, so I'll say 60 minutes even though it was way more. . .

This week's total may be a little lower, I'm doing the Turbo Fire 5 day Inferno and I'm trying to stick to the schedule as close as I can. I don't want to workout a ton extra on top of what is already scheduled and not have the energy to finish the rest of the week. If I feel pretty good tomorrow or Thursday after work I may add in a few lighter pace workouts, well see. Hope everyone is having an awesome week.
