    <-- mine started going grey in my late 20's. i've never given it a second thought, personally.

    My brother had salt and pepper hair by the time he was 26.

    My husband has salt n' pepper hair. I'm 15 years younger than him so i think sometimes he wants to look younger. He talks about dying it and I tell him absolutely not. I LOVE IT!

    Those of us with blonde hair never get the salt and pepper look. My dad's hair turned grey and it was a few years before I noticed it, since it's shade was so close to his blonde hair.

    Be proud my brother of your greys, for they show the miles you have traveled, the years you have lived, and hopefully the wisdom that you have learnt from the journey. Wear them as your “Red Badge of Courage.”

    Oh and if your children and spouse are giving you crap about the greys, let them know that it was them that gave you most of those greys!

    i've gone both ways I've dyed it (but then I've been dying my hair since i was 16 in 1976 - just now it's colours closer to the human spectrum lol)
    I had a beard for a while and shaved it off due to the grey - it aged me pretty dramatically and i didn't want to dye facial hair. I don't dye my hair now but with the colour my hair is the gray works in to the current cut well
