    OOoh, this might make me finally hit 100 for the month. I've been maxing at 75-80ish. Can I join?! I've got a couple runs in already. This month will get help from a marathon and a relay race. It's hitting all my training that I need to do.

    In for 60. I didn't make my March quota because I came down with bronchitis. Did 4 miles today after 3 weeks out and my mile time has dropped by 30s/mile in that time :grumble: :sad:

    So... not alternating with circuit training this month. Just all-out concentrating on my running to a) get my time back and b) get back in line with my training schedule.

    Moving house this month, as well, which might throw a spanner in the works :frown:

    First run back since getting sinus junk... it was rough. Set out to do 3 miles, but only managed an ugly 2. Will try again tomorrow - breathing was really tough yet and I realized the junk settled into my chest a bit.

    4/3, 4 miles outside!!

    Will be taking the next couple days off - half marathon on Sunday!!!!!
