Started this new lifestyle February 2014. Lost around 50 lbs and 50 inches. 5'3" and 155 today (SW was 205). On June 26th, I had a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin. I didn't realize how much that skin still made me feel fat until I had it removed.
March, 34.5% body fat, 161 lbs
Today September 21%, 124 lbs
My goal was 130 but wanted to get a bit less since I knew I could. I'm going to bulk up after my vacation so I"m interested to see what that will be like. Never done really good muscle building so I'm excited.

Whilst on this “journey” u become so fixated on a certain number that U actually forget how far u have come.
I need to learn to be happy and content with how far I have come instead of looking for more losses!!!
Hopefully I can get down to my goal weight the weight I was before having my 3 sons.
I'm 5'4" and started at 167 lbs. Top pictures are me at about 163 lbs, bottom are after reaching my first goal of 145 lbs. Now, I've decided lean up a bit more and drop another 5lbs to get down to 140 lbs.
80 pounds loss. Took me 3 years, because I'm human, and I suffered emotional eating problems. I am happy to say, that I have conquered my emotional relationship with food.
