It was great, back in the day, to spend the afternoon having "fun" on the couch, in the kitchen, out in the backyard in the rain, etc., without having to worry where the kids were or if they'd walk into the house / barn / down on the riverbank (etc.) and see something they shouldn't. Once you have kids, spontaneous adult fun flies out the window. That's one of many reasons I refused to have kids.]

Oh spontaneous adult fun doesn't fly out the window when you have kids, you just have to be more creative. Trust me :bigsmile:

Absolutely. Also, kids go to bed much earlier than adults. Kids go away to friend's houses and other activities away from home (sometimes even spending the night away). Kids are at school 5 days a week for 6 hours (and you can make sure to take days or mornings or afternoons off). Our sex life has always been great, and having kids has not changed that for us.

Never by choice, but until I was 17. Then, again, from 18-20 and rather large, regular dry spells now that I'm married.

Also want to add that when they are babies, they have no clue about the wild sex you are having in the living room.
