I think I'm going to make these for Easter rather than what I WAS going to make. I was going to make a pineapple coconut slaw, but several others are making salads already. This would be a fun appetizer type thing. I think I'll try with only 2 eggs and half the butter as others have suggested. Thanks!0

We make these without breadcrumbs and they do fall apart somewhat but are still very good! Great recipe!
Do you substitute anything for the breadcrumbs? I bet you could crush some croutons in the food processor or even use bread.0 -

Has anyone made these and frozen them to be reheated in a toaster oven for a quick snack? Just wondering how they held up being frozen.0

whenever I make these, I make a HUGE batch to freeze, and the toaster oven is a perfect way to heat them, they hold up very well in the freezer0 -

Wow, these look great. Think I'll half the recipe and then only use two eggs. Can you buy shaved Parmesan cheese or do I have to do that myself? (only Parmesan I'm used to is the pre-grated kind) haha!0

I buy fresh grated Parmesan at Publix (which is a grocery store in FL) so I'm sure you could buy it there. At Publix, it;s by the Kraft and Sargento cheese and not in the deli.0 -
Bump to try these later!0
