    Has anyone made these and frozen them to be reheated in a toaster oven for a quick snack? Just wondering how they held up being frozen.

    whenever I make these, I make a HUGE batch to freeze, and the toaster oven is a perfect way to heat them, they hold up very well in the freezer

    Wow, these look great. Think I'll half the recipe and then only use two eggs. Can you buy shaved Parmesan cheese or do I have to do that myself? (only Parmesan I'm used to is the pre-grated kind) haha!

    I buy fresh grated Parmesan at Publix (which is a grocery store in FL) so I'm sure you could buy it there. At Publix, it;s by the Kraft and Sargento cheese and not in the deli.

    You could prob throw that in there too. Not sure how that would taste since I don't eat red meat.
