I'm 5'11". I have lost 43 of the 76 pounds that I wanted to lose. I was wearing tight 18W in pants, and XXL in tops. Now wearing 14-16, but I'm hesitant in replacing my now baggy clothes as I want to lose 33 more pounds. I find that friends in my lifestyle change are greatly beneficial in keeping my nose to the grindstone. I'm in it for the long haul.

    5'11"
    SW 193

    GW 165

Been just over 3 weeks now.. lost 3lbs the first week, and then NOTHING... getting a little discouraged, but determined NOT to give up.
Forcing myself to drink more (water) as I dont drink much at ALL during the day - so I am hoping over time that will help me maybe NOT retain water which could be causing the stagnant weight..

Add me on - I need the motivation and all you people who KNOW what you are doing to be looking at my log and confirming I am on the right track!!
