I went camping this weekend, and found myself tromping about, uphill and own, with a grin. It was so much fun!20

Saw a hint of a bicep vein today. It was only visible from a certain angle in the mirror with a good amount of sunlight coming in from the side but damnit it was there.30

One of my coworkers said, "you're moving so much better." I work at a gas station and she could really tell I have more energy and am able to move around the store more easily.25

Fitting back into a two piece bathing suit and ROCKING it!22

Turns out I have grown delt muscles and do not just have "weird bumps on my shoulders" 😂😭
Anterior and lateral seem to be doing ok so now to make some more weird bumps on my posterior delts...on purpose.21 -
Doing yoga I noticed my squat is getting deeper and I’m way more stable. 😀27

My most recent NSV is a pair of jeans that have been tight now fit perfectly!26

I comfortably fit into a size 10 shorts and a medium top this weekend. When I first started my fitness journey in January, 2020 I was wearing size 20 pants and 2XL tops. I still can't believe it.35

Completed C25K for the second time last Thursday. I’m pretty sure it was a new PB at 35:30.
My partner and I had a big night last night. I woke up at 9:40 and thought it was too late to go jogging, then told myself it’s winter so that excuse is invalid. So completed my 5k jog even after a huge night on the drinks- the drinks are clearly not an nsv 😂14 -

There's a member here who's been raving about this trainer called Caroline Garvin on youtube. She told me that I shouldn't do them as they're for advanced level. But I thought I have a solid fitness baseline and I do fitness blender workouts regularly so why not give it a try? MAN I'M SO HAPPILY DEAD now Caroline makes fitness blender look amateurish looking forward to more such killer workouts.15

So... I'd just done a leg workout, and I had put on a swimsuit and was trying to get it to fit right. I flexed one of my legs in an unusual way and went HOLY CRAP, multiple visible muscle groups! I was honestly stunned at the definition I could see. Loose skin had been hiding it.24

I came back to work after working from home for 6 months. A lot of the people here at work were amazed at how much weight I've lost and told me how good I looked. That made my day big time.33

I finally, just within the past month, feel as though the symptoms I've been carrying around since I got sick with Covid last year are fading. I almost feel like I did before I got sick. Getting my running pace back, slowly and gradually. It took about 10 months to start feeling improvement, and about 15 months to feel almost normal again! Still have an inhaler, but at least now it feels like it's actually doing something for me. For about a year, the inhaler didn't feel like it was helping to improve anything. It was more like it was just stopping me from getting any worse. I stayed at the same crappy level forever. But that was better than going downhill, so I'm grateful for it. Glad it's finally happening though, I'm finally improving. Maybe some day I won't need the inhaler anymore? Fingers crossed...30

My Garmin watch is telling me I have improved my VO2 Max, I am now in the Good category, I started in very poor a few months ago and have climbed 10 points. Although only a small thing, and not super accurate, I am very happy.25

I broke through a weight loss stall and dropped 1.3 pounds!!!
What's incredible about this is that I am 5'2" and eating about 1650 total calories/1204 net calories a day. I am eating well while building muscle with difficult workouts.26 -
Took the stairs two at a time after my run this evening (I live on the third floor) and thought “hey, I should do this all the time, feels like less effort”19

My mom noticed I lost weight!25

I had to tie my shoes tighter today. They were too loose!19

I was lying on my back, holding onto the arches of my feet, and stretching my hamstrings by straightening my legs out when I looked at my thighs and realized a lot of the lumpy bulkiness of them I dislike is loose skin, not fat. This is definitely progress!16

Went to a friend’s wedding this weekend and realized that I look different than I did the last time I wore this dress!52 -
Walking up hills and they haven't killed me!19
