Wow..inspiring! This has been me lately, too!2

I played outfield the entire game at baseball today. No errors and a few nice catches.
At the start of the year I was near 400 pounds and didn't think I could even play this year.31 -
I've spent the last week nursing a sore hamstring so have taken some time off from the gym - in the past this would have meant overeating but I've managed to keep the calories in check and taken up some lighter exercise!18

I started the NHS Stength and Flex program instead of flopping on the sofa straight after work.12

You da woman, once again, @quiksylver296. Very impressive reflection of your patient, long-term work in the gym!4 -
My NSV is that I can still fit into my current clothes. I have also logged in for 4,100 days23

I ran for 5km today. I was almost 400 pounds 7 months ago.27

Oops, posted twice.0

Two pound whoosh over the last couple days. I am now officially the weight I was 9 months pregnant with the boy. A kinda painful NSV. Or maybe it's actually an SV?!? Oh, well.19

I had a goal to be 175 by my birthday and I am going to miss that by a few pounds. I wasn't too put out because I have been very consistent with my gym days.
I had a box of clothes to go through for fall/winter, and was sorting stuff I thought I might be able to wear by Christmas if I keep it up. At the bottom were 2 pairs of 10 jeans, Levis and Ariat. I tried the Levis on first because they tend to fit me sooner, and I wanted to see how far up my legs they went. They slid up over my butt and landed on my waist! I ACTUALLY BUTTONED THEM!
Then I tried the Ariat because the Levis fit, that's not a goal now. The Ariats fit too!
So now my size 8 jeans are the next goal, so weird! I know my butt doesn't fit in them yet.22 -
Size 30 pants, a 38R suit jacket and a size 29 in Lucky Brand jeans. I've never been this small. I've been maintaining for about a year or so. Thank God.18

My own husband didn't recognize me from behind! I was getting some steps in during lunch and the hubster was coming home from work and was wondering who was walking down the street. He didn't recognize that it was me until he got close and recognized my stride and realized that it was me. So of course he pulled up along side me, rolled down the window, and made a completely NSFW comment. LOL.30

Shirts are feeling looser, and had to move the drivers seat forward a bit to have a solid control base for the pedals in my car.11

noticing my clothing are looser now, not being out of breath after walking short distances, change in stamina/energy11

I’ve sloooowly been losing weight this year, mostly through just eating mindfully (and sporadically tracking calories when I start to get off track). Well, yesterday I went through all my fall/winter clothes and everything fits and looks much better now that I’m 20lbs lighter!21

Bit of a twofer today - maybe even a threefer. I was setting up my afternoon snack and was about to grab something pretty okay but a bit high carb and low protein. That is, a matzoh cracker with 30 calories of spreadable cheese wedge. Instead I picked something that was about the same number of calories but will be much more satisfying. I chose a bunch of carrot sticks and some Greek Yogurt based dip, along with a serving (50 calories) of sugar free dark chocolate chips.
My second NSV is that I estimated my portion of chocolate and was only one chip off my 14 gram goal - for the record I was one chip under.
My THIRD NSV is that I'm really enjoying this snack and the chocolate will be enough because I can eat it slowly.
Also, I have a thought about a discussion a few comments above mine. I think it could be pretty harmful to automatically equate a few days of relaxed, non tracked eating with a "binge." A true binge is usually more of an uncontrolled event where a person eats more than is healthy, sometimes MUCH more than what is healthy.
If a person just doesn't track and maybe has a more relaxed attitude about eating, and is at maintenance or maybe a little above, then calls that a "binge," they run the risk of giving it way too much importance in their minds and causing mental backfires.
Just a thought.14 -
My scale was disappointing I only .8 lb. I am .2 lb from my next mini goal. 6 days ago I got Covid didn’t lose the desire to eat. Lost the energy to spend a lot of time cooking. My exercise got drastically cut. I’ve logged my food every day not eaten junk food. Drank a lot of water. I can also wear pants that I had to squeeze myself into July 112

The other day, my son came home from football practice and said "Dad, Coach asked me about how much weight you've lost and told me that you're looking good."
A good reminder that people notice when you're making positive changes, even if they aren't saying anything to you.26 -
My NSV is that I have 8 pairs of pants, 15 dress shirts, 6 suits, 3 blazers, and 2 belts that do not fit me. I have had to buy new clothes each size (46 to 44, 44 to 42 and so on...I'm now a 40, but ready to hit 38).17

My most recent NSV is my 20 year old was helping my 5 year old find me last night & she brought him to our sunroom where I have my home gym set up. She was tell him “See? What did I say? If you ever can’t find mommy just come look back here because she is exercising.”
Just having the people around you expect you to be active and exercising when you have a few free minutes is awesome.28 -
My husband, laughing because the dog and I were sitting side by side in the front seat, jokingly asked me if I missed the days of overflowing the bucket seat.18

So Boyfriend proposed tonight and I have absolutely no desire to celebrate with food.46

Not sure this is a victory because I’m still unsure what to do about it. None of my clothes fit. Like overnight, everything is too big, right down to my underwear. I have lost 42 pounds and at about 35 lost I was a little disheartened as I wasn’t going down in sizes. Then bam! Overnight. It has just turned cool here for fall. I guess I’m going thrifting tomorrow, I have another 60 or 70 pounds to lose and can’t afford a new wardrobe every new size! I guess it’s a good problem to have!30

@AlexandraFindsHerself1971 ! Congratulations on 2 NSVs!5

Made it back to the gym after a fortnight off with a yukky virus - it felt good to do something more strenuous than walking 👍10

I'm in a similar boat. I gained SO MUCH WEIGHT since the first covid lockdowns, but I wore stretch pants that whole time and worked over zoom. When I reemerged from my lockdown cave, I bought some clothes in my bigger size. Now it's coming off, but at my most optimistic estimate, I'll return to my normal size by June next year and I am completely unwilling to buy clothes for the intermediate stages.9 -
Did 5km running on the treadmill in back to back days. I've been waiting to do that before I start my new exercise routine and I'm so proud that I did it .
7 months ago I would get winded taking a shower. I'm so happy.20
