Been feeling down latley, struggling with the last 15lbs. (After loosing 100lbs in 2 1/2yrs) I fit into size 14 jeans comfortably, this time last year i was squeezing myself into 16's. (And im actually 4-5lbs heavier than this time last yr) Yay for weight lifting!15

Just found three pairs of shorts in my dresser that finally fit after holding onto them for 3 years.11

I fit into my pretty dresses my husband bought in December 14 on my honeymoon. Little did I know I was pregnant then and hardly wore them. Too cold here in Australia now so will have to wait three more months to wear them. But they fit!!5

I went to a trampoline place today with my boyfriend and 1. I did not feel self conscious, even with my shirt flying up in the air. 2. I was bouncing like crazy and could have kept going for a long time. My boyfriend, who is skinny as a rail, got tired way before I even started to.10

An NSV that I just noticed is that I haven't binge ate in...almost 2 months now or more now! Whenever I start dieting and exercising, I will occasionally have a true binge and eat everything! I haven't even had the feeling to binge eat in forever now that I think about it!22

I went to Kings Island and had absolutely no problems fitting into the coasters. It was almost emotional.20

I have been swimming with no clothes on in the water and just a bikini. Finally have the confidence to rock a pretty small two piece! My body isn't perfect or slim at all but a year ago at my heaviest I wouldn't have dared, or even when I was thin and at a healthy weight I would always cover up!11

Completed my first Tough Mudder, ran between all obstacles, did the vast majority of obstacles (had to skip three after busting my hand on Everest halfway round), demolished my comfort zone25

Went shopping yesterday and purchased a dress in a SMALL and size TWO jeans. I could never have imagined how great it feels to be healthy!
Last year I was in large, mostly size 12.23 -
I have an annoying NSV, I ordered some new capri's in 16W size (started out a 18W-20W), because for some reason I have summer pants that are too big or too small none that actually fit. I tried them on when I got them and they were a little loose, but looked good. Well, I took them on a trip and wore them for a day and they stretched so they are really too big. Now I can't return them because I wore them for a day, and I still don't have summer pants that actually fit. On the bright side I think this means I am a "regular" size 18.15

My NSV started out as a real bummer. I likely have a stress fracture in my lower leg... the NSV? I was quickly able to figure out a new schedule in my head involving weight lifting (which I have been putting off) and (maybe) swimming. And my resolve is strengthened to stick tightly to my cal limit. A year ago, heck, even 6 months ago I might have been eating and drinking away my sorrows/worries at having to recupe from an injury.15

I moved my Fitbit up one notch on the wristband about a month ago and I'm getting close to moving it again!12

I wore shorts for the first time in 8 yrs today!!! Not skorts, but legit denim shorts. And I didn't even think they look bad Huge NSV for me. A new goal is to wear a bathing suit with no skirt! Happy Victoria Day!19

Riding 10.25 on my bike one day and walking 5 miles without feeling tired or winded!!!8

One of the guys at my dojo was explaining a technique and said "Well, you're small so you have to be careful about getting stuck against some one heavy or big, that's why using balance is important."
Nobody has ever referred to me as small before.21 -
I ran 3 miles without walk breaks for the first time ever. In 33 min! My best last fall was 38 minutes and my 1st 5k took me 5422

Wore a bikini to the beach this past weekend. While I have much more work to do to be in tip-top shape, I wasn't ashamed or self-conscious of how I looked. It's not even the look of wearing a bikini that I love, it's the fact that they dry so much faster than tankinis and the other suits intended to hide fat.10

Pants that used to be a bit tight now need a belt to stay up.10

Went to a family do and saw people I hadn't seen since Christmas. They didn't stop going on about my weight loss and how good I looked
Put on a pair of trousers I haven't worn for a while and realised I can pull them down without unbuttoning, lol.
Haven't run for a while after finishing C25K a few months ago, got on the treadmill yesterday and jogged 5 K fairly easily.16 -
Running late for work Saturday I threw on a white shirt and blue size 8 super skinny jeans, not thinking one bit about my clothes for a change. Mid-shift I had one lady admiringly call me a damn hot mama, and two men pass compliments also. Holy cow! I didn't think they were talking to me.
Also, today I ran from the office to the outbuilding. In heels. Yay!16 -
I was visiting family at the weekend and on the night I arrived my sister in law while congratulating me on being off the cigarettes since December 31st asks if I'm also doing other things as I've 'obviously' lost weight, and she notices it particularly around my face/jawline.
Yay!
Sister (who gets weekly weigh-in updates from me) was commenting how visible the change was/is. I was wearing a button down dress which, when we bought it, we were thinking I could 'get away with' the stretch on the mid-rif buttons. Now they're perfectly relaxed and appropriately fitting.
Onwards and downwards...16 -
Working hard not to be disappointed/mad/frustrated with a lower leg stress fracture. I still kept within my cals and lifted for 25 mins with my son. I WILL work through this.9

About 4 years ago I was staying at a friend's house and she lent me her very fit husband's pjs t sleep over in. A pair of sweats and a LG t-shirt were about the only thing that would be big enough so I slept uncomfortable in a t-shirt that was cutting off my air supply, lol. I mean, I was really busting out and I remember struggling to get out of it when I got home.
I was told to just keep the clothes and they were washed and stored away. Today I needed something to wear for my work out and rummaged around in storage boxes and came across the LG t-shirt. I hadstill worn the sweats and noticed last month at how loose they'd gotten.
I tried the t-*kitten* on and not only does it fit, there's a noticeable gap in the collar, and plenty of space in the back. I can stand to lose a few more but the fact that I can comfortably wear it and that it's indeed a LG blows my mind. I've been wearing a 2-3X shirts for yeas now!10 -
Went to my last chiropractor appointment and during my physical therapy part I surprised them doing full front splits. I'm almost 54 and never thought I'd do the splits again!12

Although I haven't lost any weight in the last two weeks (boo) I have diminished in size as I can fit into the next size down in clothes. I cannot remember EVER being this "thin" (I am still 50+ lbs over my goal weight though) and my husband has never seen me this "small". We've been together for 28 years.
I got pretty excited about this - my husband's expression was priceless, along the lines of "Why is she dancing around the lounge like she's on something? It's just a pair of trousers!"15 -
Today I got recruited for the annual softball tournament at work. Mainly because there wasn't as many voluntary players this year as there usually is. I've always wanted to sign up for it but how out of shape I was always kept me from going for it. I am still not in the best shape but I'll give it a try15

First time posting but I'm so shocked at myself! I was sat around moping earlier, should have done my workout this morning but ran out of time. So instead of sitting round alll afternoon I got off my bum and actually did my workout...and enjoyed it! And I'm even going to order heavier weights this evening. I can't believe it, me exercising and not dreading it!15
