Prom was yesterday and I stayed under calories!!! Also you can really notice the weight loss in my dress since I bought it. (At least I think so)

This doesn't sound like much, but I was able to carry my instrument from my car to the music room without putting it down or switching hands.
Keep in mind my baritone saxophone is 5 ft long and about 45 pounds in the case, and I had a backpack and folder in my hands. I was happy.
It would have been less impressive if you were a flute player like me. ☺ That really is awesome! Those bari sax are heavy and awkward to carry.7 -
Walked 6+ miles today and have knocked out 100 sit ups today.9

I bought a swimsuit yesterday. It's a tankini. (At 48 I doubt I'll ever wear a bikini again) Both pieces are size Medium. I haven't worn the same size top and bottom in years and certainly not a medium. Who knows? Maybe my husband is right and I should go for the bikini.19

I put 50 lbs on my barbell and got my husband to come pick it up, he was confused as to why. I then told him that that was almost how much weight i have shed in the last 11 months. He was shocked, he hadnt actually thought about what a big deal that much weight really was. Now maybe he wont look so bored when im blabbering on about how much weight ive lost. Also, my 9 year old weighs about 70 lbs and i told him it was my goal to at least one of him im almost there, hopefully by the end of summer.27

Omg I tried on a shirt I haven't worn in a year and it was so big and baggy around the bottom where my lower abs and hips are I mean by a lot! So I am making progress after all I just can't see it but I sure feel it in my clothes!15

large lunch with 2 waffles and whip cream and strawberries balance with a smaller supper of a salad with chicken and nuts. Bothe meals were out while travelling but balanced each other out. And my 55 minute walk helped too.10

120 lb dumbbells on my last set of bench press. 35 consecutive pullups and ran 3 miles in 22:34 recently.7

Today I bought two swimsuits - not bikinis; I have never been that girl and 52 is a bit late to start - and they both look good. I need not be ashamed by the pool with the Canadian half of the family this Summer.

Good for you! I go out of town sporadically for a day or a few at a time and I normally stop working out for those days.
1. Because I was to nervous to use the gym in the hotel
2. I didn't want to lug around the equipment I use.
Not this time! I'm currently in pittsburgh and I totally brought my work out clothes, equipment, and have USED the fitness center every night I've been here.13 -

It kinda hurts, cuz I love them, but my very first pair of lulu lemons (yoga pants) fell off as I was walking garbage to the dumpster today. It's unfortunate I wasn't wearing underwear...27

I bought some capris I love last summer's but it is time to retire them. They just about fell off while I was out walking today! They're baggy enough they don't actually look that great anymore either.9

My six year old hasn't asked if there is a baby in my tummy for several weeks! She had a really hard time figuring out how my tummy could be so big without a baby in there20

Had a pretty bad weekend binge this weekend. I woke up this morning feeling so sick and craved anything fresh and healthy. My binge was on par with my old everyday eating. It's cool that my body no longer accepts that type of food as normal.17

Ok I have a bikini on. Reakky. I covered it up with a lifejacket and shorts to paddle my canoe but afterwards I waded in the water. And I looked around and saw other women my age and similar shapes also in bikinis.
It will look better when I finish this journey but very pleased I can wear it now.20 -

Omg this happened to me too! My body told me to basically eff myself. I can't believe I did that to myself every day before!

The suit pants that were getting so tight they sparked my decision to get my weight and lifestyle under control, i can pull on and off with without without undoing the button. My belt is down 2 notches in 3 weeks.15
