I was feeling discouraged about being off my diet and gaining pounds back. But I had bought jeans a few days ago from Torrid and after not even being back on it a week they are already becoming baggy. Also I'm usually always online at work and recently I've been cleaning a lot more and not being lazy even though I'm tired.16

For my birthday yesterday, I was able to go horseback riding - something that used to be my life when I was younger but I hadn't been on a horse in 12 years. It's something I wouldn't have been able to do before losing this weight (I've lost 94 pounds so far in the past year). I cried happy tears last night thinking about it.. sometimes you don't realize how your weight holds you back and affects your life until you start to lose the weight. I'm so grateful for this new start in life.

First shopping trip in ages and I've dropped several clothes sizes. Was top -24, bottom - 20; now I'm top - 18, bottom, 16. Quite surprising.29

Just finished the entire Focus T25 program!!! Even both Gamma phases! WOT?! Time does fly and I'm still wrapping my head around it! It wasn't long ago when I started and I'm just super excited 'cause I've never finished an entire program. I've read about you guys finishing but I just didn't know I would be one of those "super humans" lol It's just me and I did it!!! I swear it's starting to sink in and I wanna run and jump like a crazy person 'cause I DID finish!!!
My friends and this thread really kept me going and I just can't thank you enough!!29 -

From beers and smores to burritos went over by several days worth of calories. The victory? I logged it all. I'm not turning away. I'm not pretending like it's not there and meanwhile slippery sloping to not caring. I'm still here.41

So one of my units is very sweet and brings everyone a treat on the weekends we work. For us and the jail units he usually brings Bo jangles pies (I dont like them) or bo-berry rounds (Oh my gosh, yum). But he takes the other officers apples or fruit. Today he brought them (the pies and blue berry rounds in) and asked which one I wanted. So I told him that while I appreciate him bringing stuff Id actually love the apples or fruit instead. He looked so excited to hear that and said from now on he'd be bringing us fruit. (side note: this guy is all for healthy eating and lifestyle)27

A few months back I splurged on a pair of expensive jeans. I have never spent more than 30$ on jeans. Until this pair... I wore them out of town and happened to notice....yup. droopy pants. It was bittersweet for sure. Haven't lost much weight recently but been getting more toned apparently.

I've lost 28 pounds, and a lot of my clothes were too big. I packed them all up and donated them to charity. I feel good that other people can use them, and I've gotten a kick out buying smaller clothes.26

I was able to leg press 185# tonight at the gym. Such a mind bend. So motivated to push myself27

I hadn't worn a pair of jeans in quite a while because they were too small. I zipped them on this week and found $30 in the pocket.66

I can't buy clothes in the big girl department any more!! Down side...spending way too much money on new things these days!!!26

I went to the movies tonight and had two NSV events. First, I got a small popcorn no butter and a small Coke Zero to enjoy my movie, and I enjoyed my snack! I usually don't drink soda at all anymore, even diet so this was a treat. Gone are the days when I would polish off a large tub of buttered popcorn, a large Dr. Pepper and a box of milk duds. I shudder just to think of what that would look like in my food log. Second, when I got to my row (assigned seats in this location) the people I had to walk past did not find it necessary to stand up or move out into the aisle to let me pass! That's my victory this week!48

Small one: I've noticed lately that I can't rest my elbow comfortably on my thigh anymore while driving even with my knee hiked all the way up. It's too low now because my legs are smaller and not enough cushion anymore around the waist area to just rest on myself, if that makes sense. The seat belt also fits properly now between my breasts and down my stomach/waist, instead of sliding over both boobs and onto my neck LOL I also think it's time to move the seat forward a notch or two24

There was a picture of me taken at an even at school and I don't hate myself in it!!!
Edit: it's actually my display picture now.30 -
> I was treated to a full body massage for my Birthday and didn't feel squeamish about it whereas previously I would have had a panic attack at the thought of anybody seeing me nude. In fact a few years ago I let a voucher expire because I couldn't bring myself to even book the appointment!
> I went shopping and felt the freedom to choose based on preferences of colours rather than size.
> I plucked up the courage to have my husband take photos of me in underwear for when I reach goal.
> I was given some photos of myself from a year ago, I finally had that aha moment about my progress, it was the first time I could see the differences and although I shed tears I was happy to be heading in the right direction.
> I have hot that point (half way) where everyone I know is now being forthright with compliments and I have been feeling pretty damn happy with myself.27 -
I renewed my YMCA membership this week. This is my third year of actively being a member.31

I logged everything that I eat today. I'm over my calories and because of that I'm not having dessert.20

In my underwear today (need to do laundry!) I noticed when I'm sitting there are no folds or rolls, so pleased.28

So my NSV is slightly different. This weekend we went camping - an activity we have always loved. But instead of only drinking, eating and swimming (which we also did); We went on a couple of hikes as well! (probably two hours worth in total). And came out of it with awesome memories, and a renewed love of nature. Now if only I had a better camera than the one on my phone with me...25 -
Purchased a medium sized t-shirt!30

Yesterday, I was curious about my progress. I've lost 17 lbs to date, but I wanted to know if my size 6 jeans that I have hanging in the closet would fit comfortably again, or would I have to lose more weight. Those jeans were loose, and I wore them all day. I ate my meals without them pressing into my stomach uncomfortably. What a great feeling!33

I'm enjoying tomato season more than ever this year! Walk outside & grab 2-3 fresh tomatoes, chop them up & add fresh basil, salt, pepper, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes - good for breakfast, lunch or dinner! And I love the way my shorts are sliding on without undoing the button.25

When I was thin, I was in love with some skinny jeans from Old Navy. I bought them in a size 6 and loved them. Then I got heavier and it felt like I was fitting into a noose. So I bought 5 or 6 pairs in a larger size. Friday, I was looking for something to wear and grabbed a pair. I didn't realize it, but I'd grabbed the size 6 and it was too big!!33
