This is scale related sorry, but after trying so hard to be good with how I am eating I didnt see any real loss on the scales as its been very very slow. Then this morning I realised I have actually lost 3kgs since the start of January. Can't see any difference on me or my clothes, but when I looked at the graph this morning I was really astonished.16

I went to the city center to buy new jeans today and bought two size 28 ones (US size 6)! At my heaviest I had to wear size 33 (US 10.5?). As an extra plus cycling to te city center causes me to have room for pizza tonight. Today is a good day.24

I decided to start sorting through my clothes today and I can fit in an 8! I haven't been able to fit in that for a long time. Granted the thighs on a few are still a bit tight but I'll take it.17

Donated a *kitten* load of dress clothes that don’t fit to a local charity.15

I am on a "drink alcohol only on weekends" pledge to help me keep focused on fitness. Last night my husband opened a bottle of wine. I had one glass, and that was really enough. He had a bunch more, but I was satisfied with one.19

My latest A1C yesterday after three months of *not* paying attention to what to what I eat (tsk tsk) was only 6.0! That's only up a tenth of a point from the last A1C in September, when I was watching what I ate.
My insulin resistance is staying down as I maintain, now let's see if I can get it down to 5.8 in the next three months by losing more weight!16 -
Not sure it’s aNSV but yesterday was a stressful day and I kept thinking that I would splurge and get pizza or Chinese food to make me feel better, but I didn’t and had a salad instead. Got to go to store and pick up more healthy options so I don’t try and sabotage myself again
Takeout or delivery pizza (Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, Little Caesar’s) was a once or twice a week thing for me, since I used to eat nearly every meal out. I’d usually get two larges and bread (because coupons, what a deal!) so pizza for like two or three days ... and then I’d alternate between places because there is nothing more embarrassing than having the same delivery guy come to your house twice in the same week. I had some pretty shameful habits.
But I love pizza. I tried cutting it out entirely, but craved it. Since I’ve mostly stopped eating out (in three months, I’ve gone out maybe 10 times vs. twice daily), I’ve found the best replacement is gourmet frozen pizzas. My favorite so far has been Table 87’s Coal Oven Pizza with Mushrooms and White Truffle Oil, and the whole pizza is under 500 calories, so I can splurge once, not kill my day and not have leftovers to kill additional days. (Don’t know why MFP didn’t post my whole comment the first time!)19 -
My blood pressure reading today was 119/77 down from 130/94 in November.23

Battling injuries and a mystery illness since about Thanksgiving. Every time I feel up to doing something, some new injury pops up. Hip, knee, foot, all of the above. I’m definitely not 100%, maaaybe 60%, but I’m trying to take the time/intensity I can actually do and ditch my previous “leave it all on the floor” attitude, which likely got me into this situation.
So, that all being said, I’m finally back up to deadlifting my body weight (130, sadly about 5-7 lbs up from last year’s low)! I am still stalled with my squats, thanks to the hip/knee, but I was excited to see something go up!15 -

That is totally a victory. Every small step forward is important.5 -

@KnitterNotAQuitter The Table 87 website sells 2 of these 10" pies for $69. Holy *kitten* *kitten*. Please tell me you can find this in a supermarket at an affordable price?

My belt is on the last hole, and I find myself having to pull my pants back up every once in a while.11

@orangegato O_o That’s insane!!! No, I didn’t pay nearly that much! It was more than a normal frozen pizza, I think $10? I got it at Central Market, which is like the Texas version of Whole Foods. So some things are normal priced while others are crazy. But I go once every couple months for their awesome salad bar and to browse the healthy and foodie items not carried at my normal store.3

After a few hours I didn't want to eat the second one.... So I threw it out. (i couldn't give it to anyone and I just didn't want it) and it was so hard to throw it out. I hate wasting food! I felt bad it was throw it out or force myself to eat it.
A few years ago I would have just eaten both one after the other without blinking.
I was just like you and would prefer to stuff myself rather than throw out food. Until a friend pointed out that I can either waste it by throwing it in the bin or waste it by eating it -as I do not need the calories. In essence as soon as you've bought too much food it's a waste. Helped me get over my mental block of throwing out food.14 -
I had to have new jeans. Levi's size 38/32. Wow. From a size 46 that almost wouldn't button just over 5 months ago. I was on cloud nine!23

You can also change from one response to another. If you click a 'Woo' and then click 'Hug,' the number of Hugs will go up by 1 and the number of Woos will go down by one. It doesn't allow more than one response - which is good sometimes, and frustrating at other times.[/quote]
Also no one knows who “woo” them or whatever. I’m totally against the negativity of this feature! I mean why is it necessary? I’m saying this to whomever runs this community.2 -
I went out last weekend and then followed it up with a really terrible week food wise combined with a deload week and cut the cardio but I didn’t let my food choices demotivate me because I needed a week where I really didn’t pay attention. Now I’ve spent the weekend tightly logging (when I don’t normally log on weekends) and I’m ready to hit the gym hard this week !
Normally a bad week would have turned into a bad month and I wouldn’t have bothered with the gym at all, but now it just supplied me with the mental break I needed.19 -
The weight shown on my drivers license is no longer a lie!40

I just realized I'm lower than the weight on my driver's license! I keep catching sight of myself and being surprised that I'm thinner than I think, instead of being fatter than I think. This is only after losing 20 lbs. And I have 50 lbs more to go, so I am enjoying this!17

Just got back from buying new exercise clothes from JCPenney. I figured I'd try on a medium shirt to see how much further I had to go before I could wear a medium. And the medium shirt fit! Now full disclosure, these t-shirts run a little big to begin with, but it is still a huge NSV for me.23

Wearing a dress. I don’t think I’ve worn once since I was 10 atleast lol14

This weekend I fit into a couple of shirts I haven't been able to wear in over a year. They are a couple of my favorite shirts.13

Fit into a cardigan my late grandmother knit for me when I was 9. It's three-quarter sleeves on me now lol but still very cute... And it reminds me of her45

Beating my post knee injury deadlift pr...
We'll see if my ambitions set me back tomorrow...12 -
Today I walked outside at a brisk pace for 4.5 miles and still had energy to cook dinner, unload the dish washer, fold laundry, sweep the floor, clean kitty litter, go buy needed items at Target and the PetSmart and come home and wonder if I should get on the treadmill because I have a lot of energy left. It feels weird and wonderful.39

I think all US states put weight on the drivers licenses, and most people lie, lol. What country are you in? Am I wrong about all states?
BTW, I'm quite a bit lower than my license shows now, which was a huge lie at the time.7
