    Well Mondays are generally my weigh ins. So if i can join a day late i would love to. i am at 201.4 so by Christmas would be 171.4.
    That would be awesome to be that weight again its been 5 years, since i had a miscarriage and cervix cancer.

    I'm in! Just like you I've been on MFP for a few weeks but the number on the scale keeps going up and down as I tend to be good at the beginning of the week, lose some, then have a few drinks towards the end of the week and put it all back on. But now I'm going to be good (that includes no alcohol!) and it will be great to get some support from you all!

    There was a 15weeks till New Years Challenge board but it fizzled, so my ticker reflects that.. but I'm in for this one.. Hopefully it won't fizzle.

    Starting Weight: 267.4 (ugh)

    Christmas Weight: 237.4 (total loss of 60lbs)

    Are we allowed to use the calories burned from exercise?

    YES!!! EAt your exercise calories! It adds them to your goal when you post your exercise!
