I will look stunning there~ And people will love to smell my perfume. I don't drink alcohol, I'm just going because it seems like a classy social event.
Okay, so you are going to a wine tasting event, but do not drink wine.....hhhhmmmmm. Something's not quite right there.
It's a classy event and a great way for me to debut my new top.
Do people really talk like that "debut my new top"?? lol0 -

What's wrong with you?
If you are so bored that you need to post here, maybe you should do some volunteer work.0 -

A lot of people post here! It's a fun community
I meant "here" in the Motivation/Support sub-forum. You can always post this stuff in Chit-Chat if you just want to fool around.0 -

You clearly don't understand the trauma caused by trying to get dressed in a walk-in closet full of high-end designer clothes and shoes. Not everyone has it easy, lady, so cut the OP some slack . . .0 -

I just bought that same shirt for 16.99 at Ross. I gave to my mom because it's more age appropriate for her. It just looked dowdy on me.2

Oh gosh - no wonder I made a facetious comment upthread . This is one traumatic event in life that I have not had the misfortune to encounter.0 -

I think I'll pass on looking for the thread, thanks.
Are you allowed to take your dog into shops?
That wouldn't be allowed here ( unless it is a guide dog for the blind or a hearing dog for the deaf)0 -

Bright Crystal, you have posted about perfume and fashion in a section of this forum meant to support people having trouble with their weight loss. You titled your thread "Your advice needed." When the MFP community sees this thread title, they think that one of our members is having trouble and needs help with their health. We click on it, only to realize we've wasted our time.
This section of the forums is for people struggling with real health issues and the real mental and emotional problems associated with reaching a healthy weight.
A topic like this would be better suited to the Chit Chat section of the forums. And maybe keep the titles from being misleading? You'll probably receive better responses that way.0 -

Where do you live that dogs are allowed in shops?
I am more interested in that than in brand name clothes ( not hard since my interest in brand name clothes is around zero)
I can't imagine people taking dogs into shops, certainly not legal here ( exemption of blind or hearing assistance dogs)0 -

Thanks for answering my question, interesting to know dogs are allowed in shops in Taiwan.
I am not interested in high end fashion but I do have a small dog and I am interested in dogs.0 -

Northern, I was hoping for outfit advice and what perfume I should wear. I can see your point about not wearing perfume but I probably cannot resist. I love wearing perfume! You are absolutely correct that I am not very educated - I dropped out of my master's degree and I got quite a few low grades. Oh well I'm so sorry if I come across as arrogant. I don't think I am better than others at all ^-^
Billie, I"m not sure what you mean by "flaunting" - I simply wanted to get some advice on what to wear with my shirt as I'm rather excited about the whole thing, I guess I get excited by fun events and clothes~ It's okay if you don't believe me. I did not mean that I don't have money at all, but rather that I don't have a huge amount of money. I certainly do have to save for shirts, and you are completely right that I only work 1 day a week most weeks.
I would like to believe that everyone is special in their own way I am not going to return my shirt. It is so sweet of you to want to sew a shirt for me although we have just met! Though I can't tell if you are joking?
If by "monied" you mean rich - I certainly am not rich at all! I am happy to "admit" that I am quite a regular person
I will certainly be talking about fitness as well. Sure, you can talk about me if you'd like to. I didn't know that I'm so interesting, hehe.
Pudding, where are you from? What type of dog do you have? As you can see my dog is huge ^-^
Please do not wear much if any perfume to a wine tasting. You will ruin it for those around you who are there for the wine rather than to see and be seen and you will be criticized. Perhaps not directly, but your image won't be postively affected.0
