I made a homemade pizza with a pilsbury pizza crust, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese on Monday. I usually eat half the pizza and leave the other half for my fiance. He only ate half of his half, so there was a quarter left. He told me yesterday that he probably wasn't ever going to eat the leftover quarter that's been in the fridge. I decided to eat it for breakfast. It was only 325 calories, so it worked.0

Homemade raw seedy granola bars that have lots of good fats, but are CRAZY high in calories (I realized when I entered into the recipe builder)... so I cut them into tiny squares... but then I ate two.0

@Frankie_Felinius You win the pin-up contest by awesome hair alone! Good luck! Cutting carbs (temporarily) works to shrink my belly (temporarily)... I did it before my wedding, but then relaxed my diet a few days leading up to it, and almost couldn't zipper my dress (this was 10 years ago, btw)! So... don't do that!0

natural unsalted crunch peanut butter and a pink lady apple..... why? because it was delicious!! But really it was my pre-workout snack. Just the delicious part is a bonus!0
