A chocolate coated marshmallow. Why? Because it was someone birthday.
Before that I had a 3 egg whites omellete with cheese and roma tomatoes. Because it tastes great, I need the protein and it's easy and fast enough to make in busy mornings. Also coffee because I'm an addict0 -
Breakfast:
a banana (not hungry enough for the yogurt/protein powder that was to go with it)0 -
A couple donuts and a medium iced coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. That was about ten hours ago.0
-
Tuna salad with apple, sweet corn, a boiled egg and other add ins.0
-
Tuna and Hot Sauce ...... quick high protein snack0

1 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of kimchi and some roasted seaweed sheets. That was supper last night along with a mango. Yummy and low in calories. Somewhat high in sodium from the kimchi.0

English muffin with Laughing Cow and PB2 this morning! I'm probably going to have cocoa-roasted almonds and/or a Slim Jim or two in about an hour.0

4 oz. tuna on 12-grain toast, tomatoes, natural applesauce 1/2 cup, cut up veggies.0

Avocado, black beans and low-sodium sliced turkey on a multi-grain wrap
Petite baby carrots with toasted onion dip
Cheese stick0 -
Buffalo chicken salad and some pork rinds.0
-
Turkey & cheddar sandwich with avocado and mustard; baby carrots; nut thins; grapes. I had it because it was my planned lunch (mostly -- I added the grapes and subbed in the nut thins for my planned peppers), I was hungry after the gym, etc. And because I enjoy eating like a kindergartener at lunch.0
-
2 prunes and half oz macadamia nuts!0
-
Dinner Pork with a Lloyd Grossman apple in a cream sauce. Lots of veg and tried sweet potato for the first time to replace roast potatoes.0
-
Naan bread and ultra thin Swiss cheese.0
-
A homemade burrito bowl with rice, pinto beans, steak fajitas (so steak, red bell pepper, and onion), cheddar cheese, and lots of sour cream.
In about an hour I will be chowing down on pizza and chicken wings.... and still stay under cals!0 -
Just had turkey, pepperjack, mayo, and greens in... one of my new GemWraps! Verdict: AWESOME. It was like wrapping my fixings in a giant sun-dried tomato. Ten stars out of ten, I love these things.0
-
Broccoli with roasted potatoes, baked salmon, Greek yogurt with chia seeds.0
-
1/2 of a maple bacon cake donut0
-
bacon, scrambled eggs and 1/2 grapefruit. For dinner.0
-
Tempura veggies (we went out for Chinese). I won't bore you with the rest of the meal. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had! Good thing I'm not a Yelper, cause I'd have a lot to say! Ha!0
-
A raw carrot.0
-
Snack last night:
110 calorie mini bag of kettlecorn popcorn.0 -
A chicken sausage flatbread breakfast sandwich from Sheetz - 270 calories and it's an ok option, 1 oz fresh mozzarella cuz cheese , and apple fritter yogurt sheetz brand - the only pre-flavored yogurt I buy and it's not often.
This is a meal "out" since Friday's are early early early start for me and thankfully sheetz has great options.0
