    Turkey-and-pepperjack wrap on Italian herb flatbread (with mustard and mixed greens); cottage cheese with multicolored sweet peppers, tomatoes, and garlic-lime salsa verde. That was an awesome G-D lunch.

    Sipping on a strawberry protein shake. It is Designer Protein Lite Strawberry Sundae. 60 cals/10g protein. Mixed it with 1/4c of unsweetened cashew milk. Tastes pretty good for a protein shake, imo.

    Leftover teres major steak sliced thin on a sandwich roll with lots of grilled onions and mushrooms, a squirt of Dijon and some crumbled blue cheese. Washed it down with a nice glass of red Merlot. ' cuz it's Friday!

    Just had a porkchop and some mushrooms, zucchini, and yellow squash sauteed with garlic, onion, thyme, and bacon-chive seasoning. So freaking good.
