Eating breakfast now.
Failed egg white omelet: 1c egg white, 14g fat free shredded cheddar, 2 slices of Canadian bacon, red onion, green bell pepper, roma tomato. About 200 cals and 36g protein. Also eating with it 52g of Kashi Go Lean! Crunch Cinnamon Crumble for 180 cals with 1/2c unsweetned almond milk (15 cals), 11g protein.0 -
Hard-boiled egg with a little salt. I thought I'd be going to the gym at lunch so I wanted some protein, but there's a special class taking over the gym all day so... I guess I ate it Just Because?0

Mexican bowl -- bed of mixed greens, chili-spiced black beans & tomatoes, cottage cheese, salsa, grilled chicken, avocado, hot sauce. I had a cornbread muffin on the side. It was awesome. I had the greens, beans & tomatoes, salsa, and chicken because it was my planned dinner; I added the cottage cheese, avocado, and muffin because I had an amazing workout and I was hungry.0
