Got up this am,
ate a Quest bar, and a pack of the chocolate icing Dunk-A-Roos. I ordered them from Canada and paid about $11.00 for 6 of them.... worth every penny!0 -

Needed a filling, but lower calorie breakfast because of calorie plans later today. I do normally eat yolks, but the dogs got them today0 -

Spinach salad with candied pecans, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Also added some imitation crab meat to it and followed it up with two caramel rice cakes topped with light swiss laughing cow cheese. I'm sad that it's over.0
