    Noosa lemon yogurt and i dipped chunks of banana in it. I haven't had it in a long time and lemon can be hard to find here. It was so decadent!

    The thin crust off my kids frozen pizza slice...lol I didn't log it either. Going by the label,it was probably 25 calories :worried: Lol. Before that, French Toast with Guacamole. It tastes better than it may sound.

    I just had a bacon egg cheese croissanwich (sp?) from Burger King. ....it was disappointing and small and weird and soft? And not worth the calories. First one I've had in many years and it's definitely not the same as it used to be. I won't be craving it LOL.

    Have ribs and baked beans ready to go for tonight for July 4th - they are small riblet kind of size (bone in) so it won't be blow out calories. Just enough to satisfy a taste for luscious ribs :p We can see local fireworks from our front yard so crossing fingers the weather cooperates :)

    I had 8 wheat thins crackers with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Looking back on it I think maybe I should've had oatmeal instead. First thing I've eaten all day. I was hungry.

    Great Value Dill Pickle Almond & tried the Rhythm Superfoods Kale Chips in Kool Ranch. Both of them tasted awful so I am giving them to my sister.

    Way to show love to your sister, give her the foods that tastes horrible!

    Organic extra firm tofu sautéed with curry powder until brown

    Fennel salad with navel orange, green onion, and vine tomato.

    Not a tofu guy, but my wife is getting sick of chicken breast and fish.
    Tasted pretty decent. The salad was great because I didn't even need to add dressing.

    A hamburger and hotdog, corn on the cob, baked beans and homemade French fries.

    I overdid it today by a lot but it was worth it. Now I'm gonna go drink a Twisted Tea and eat some watermelon to completely blow away the day, and then light off some loud, completely not worth it but fun fireworks and freak out my poor dog.

    I think I've lived in the south too long. ;)
