    I am on the fence about the kilt.
    On one hand, I do respect heritage and stuff like that.
    On the other hand, unless you are actually Scottish (Meaning you were born there), I think a kilt is the wrong choice of clothing.

    But the bottom line is, if your Girlfriend is normally accepting of the things you do but she has a strong opinion about the kilt, don't wear it.
    Or, maybe find a rennasance fest and wear it there....

    The subject of kilts came up today and i mentioned that I think they are BA. She promptly shut me down and forbade me from wearing one and threatened to cut me off if I do
