    Fri: 25 mins - (T25 Cardio & 25 min walk)
    Sat: 310 mins - (gardening - it's a very large garden - due to unpredictable weather causing loads of problems!)

    Total left: 0/ 200 - 65 (official) mins over target! Not counting gardening.
