  • Lost 3 pounds already. Mostly because I was sick and wasn't eating much. Still don't really have an appetite. Molly as long as we pick ourself back up and not ponder on gain and stay on this journey we will succeed. Good luck 2 everyone this month.

    I gained a pound too. I didn't think I ate that much candy but TOM and no exercise helps. I am starting to feel revived so we'll see how it goes.

    I want to lose 8lbs this month :), got the stress of moving house so will endeavour to avoid the tub of ben and jerry's hidden at the back of the freezer.

    I lost one pound! Challenge this weekend for me is to keep that one pound lost. I have a 4 day weekend coming up and weekends are the hardest for me!

    The scale is going in the right direction. :)

    I had a great work out yesterday, right at 400 calories at the gym on the stair climber, treadmill, and bike. I did the stairs for 20 minutes once and 15 minutes the other time. HUGE for me because I used to only be able to do them for about 3 minutes before I quit.

    Jessica - You are right, that slight gain is nothing to cry about. You did something right because it would have been more if you had not. Keep up the good work!

    Amanda - That is awesome also!!! The stairclimber are killers for sure so 15 and 20 is excellent! Keep up the good work!!

    I'm a few days late but would love to join the challenge. My goals are to do 600 minutes of exercise and lose 2 pounds. (I lose very slowly sometimes.) I've already got in 192 minutes of exercise. Good luck, everyone!
