  • try putting it in the signature part and not the post part - I think the coding is different for each...

    6.67 miles today including rowing, elliptical and bike. I'm at the half way point of my goal before the half way point of the month. No time to slack off now. but I am doing better than I was last month. thanks everyone!

    Okay. Great. Can I make one suggestion? Could you put the completed miles as week one? and then put week two, week three, week four? If not, that's fine. It's just cool to see people's progress as each week goes.

    in one week, since I started this challenge last Friday, I have walked 18 miles. I am planning on walking 50 miles this month..I think I can do it!

  • Well, it's halfway through the month, but I'm going to jump into this challenge anyway. I am going to try to walk 30 miles before the end of November.:happy:

    @emmak55 you have to paste the code for both tickers in your signature.
    @wannabe I agree it would be really cool to have some stats, but I can't promise anything right now. We'll see

    My progress in my signature is pretty accurate, when I finish a walk I put the miles down right away. I've been sick for the past few days, so I have only been walking about 2-3 miles at a time. Still drinking plenty of fluids and still losing weight so I'm not worried. :smile:

    updated my ticker with my walking this weekend...still plan on doing actual "exercise" later today or tonight on the treadmill...
    went away with my hubby to celebrate our anniversary and did casual walking and i logged some of it since i knew distances but i really need a good workout to feel like me again....
