Tip #1-Fruit has calories just like (most) everything else. You CAN get fat from it if you eat enough of it to go over maintenance.
Tip #2-A lot of stupid questions and sarcastic answers could be avoided by utilizing the search topic feature.
Tip #3-You may lose 15 lbs the first two weeks. Don't count on that to be steady.
Tip #4-There are speacial group forums for religion and politics. Use them.
Tip #5-If you find that you get depressed when the scale doesn't drop EVERY SINGLE DAY, don't weight yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Tip #6-1200 is where most MFPers start. We all live and learn that 1200 is way too low for anyone unless your a paralyzed hermit.
Tip #7-"I don't weight my food but I never go over my limit and always at a deficit" Um, how the hell would you know if you don't weight your food?
Tip #8-You didn't take a pill to get fat, why take one to get thin?
Tip #9-If you ask a question, you obviously don't know the answer. When someone who does know the answer tells you what that answer is, don't tel them they're wrong.
Tip #10-Don't ask the question you don't really want an answer to.
Thank you for listening!

Tip #12-Walking is legitimate excersize.
Tip #13-If your title states "1200 calories is way too much" your either lying because you're here to being with or you have an eating disorder and need to seek help that (most likely) no one here is qualified to give.0 -

I don't weigh my food. Does that mean I'm doing it wrong?
Nope. If that's working for you, awesome!!! That tip was geared toward people complaining that they aren't losing and don't know why.0 -
Tip #8-You didn't take a pill to get fat, why take one to get thin?
By that logic, I didn't exercise or eat at a calorie deficit to get fat, so why would I do it to get thin

I'll add to that...it will work, IF it ever stops, get a food scale. You may never need one though. I didn't need one until recently.0 -
#17 Injecting humor into a thread is NOT bullying. Get over yourself and get a sense of humor. If you're that dang sensitive, don't post.0

Maybe I am not understanding #14. How is muscle heavier than fat. A lb of muscle weighs the same as a lb of fat?0 -
Sarcasm is my second language. And off color humor. Bite me.
Tip #4-There are special group forums for religion and politics. Use them. (I corrected "special" for you)
Get to know the word "weigh."
