    I usually weigh in on Fridays, I'm down another .6 of a pound but I also took measurements and IN TOTAL since I started in April....get this ---> 53 inches from Neck to Calves!!! OMG!! I never thought I'd have lost that many INCHES!!!! Woot Woot, Happy Bru Dance :D

    I JUST BROKE 200 POUNDS! i'm at 199.8 for the first time in 2 years. oh. my. god. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
    last night i was freaking out because i've eaten so much food (healthy, but a LOT) in the last week! i thought that i couldn't possibly lose weight eating like this... well, 199.2 pounds! YEAH! so excited!!!! exclamation point exclamation point exclamation point! !!!! :laugh: i'm laughing maniacally and crying right now! hahaha!

    The best I could get right now...color is off because it's a cellphone pic. I'll try to get one with my camera tonight. It's a real golden, sunshine yellow, but there's still a lot of orangey tones in it. I'm still undecided.

    Weekend Challenge

    Ok ladies I'm sure that I am not alone when I say weekends are more challenging than weekdays.

    We set goals for the week so let's set some goals for the weekend.

    I don't drink enough water on the weekends and Saturday is usually my day of no exercise.

    I'm challenging myself to

    Drink at least 10 glasses of water
    Workout Saturday & Sunday

    Does anyone want to join me?

    My challenge for the weekend will be NOT drinking every night. I am such a lush and it is not good for my waistline.

    I like the weekend goal idea!

    Since I ordered PIZZA ten minutes ago, my first goal: only healthy food where ever i eat this weekend.

    My fiance and a roommate from last year are coming to town so I know we'll be hanging out a lot. At bars. So goal two: no more than 2 alcoholic beverages Saturday night.

    Goal three: stay water-logged.

    Goal four: have fiance help burn off LOTS of calories!!! :love:
