    I only drink coffee at home so. I go with 3 tbs of sugar free french vanilla liquid coffee mate, 2tsp of natural honey, and 2 packets of Splenda

    On top of using vanilla almond milk/soy milk I add a dash of cinnamon to my coffee to get some spice/sugar in there :) It adds an extra layer of flavor that I don't feel bad about.

    Enough non-dairy creamer (or milk) to change the color somewhat, but not too much to make it pale. And one packet of sweet n low.

    I can drink coffee without creamer, but I cannot drink it without sweetener. I do envy those who can take theirs black.

    The first cup everyday has a tbs of cinnamon and 2 of honey. The other 5 or 6 are black. It did take a while to break my cream habit, but I couldn't take the calories, so I cut back gradually until I could drink it black. Now I can't stand the taste of cream in coffee.

    1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup (very strong) coffee. I used to have 7-8 cups a day but I'm down to 1-2 now because the coffee at work tastes like tar..

    my coffee = TEA! but when I do drink coffee it has to be an overly sweet frappuccino with lots of caramel and whipped cream! Except that happens about once a year :laugh:
